Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
How to Track
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a dispatch confirmation email from us
- Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website
- Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update
My Tracking Isn't Updating
Tracking can sometimes take up to 2 business days to show movement after dispatch, especially during peak periods. If your tracking shows no update after 5 business days, please contact us at support@yourdomain.com with your order number.
